If you're looking for a fuel injector, you've come to the right place. This bad boy is disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. All flat surfaces are lapped for proper sealing.
Adding onto that, the nozzle is rebuilt and flow tested. The tip replaced is brand new. What's better than that?
You'll get proper fitment and function because this injector is crafted to strict OE specifications. All nozzles are reground to ensure proper sealing and atomization. Nozzle vop (valve opening pressure) is set to OE specifications.
Plus, the control valves are rebuilt, and dimensioned back to OE specifications. Giving you peace of mind during installation.
All components are reassembled and calibrated on a computer controlled test bench that measures flow, internal pressure, and timing of the injector.
Once all specs are met the injector is cleaned and new O-rings are installed before packaging. To top it off, Each injector is 100% functionally tested for fuel delivery, fuel injection pressure and timing to ensure you receive the highest quality.
